At your first visit to our practice we take the time to fully examine your mouth, teeth and gums to devise a treatment plan tailored to your dental needs.
We kindly request for all appointments that you please arrive on time and NOT earlier. This enables us to ensure our infection control checks have been carried out before we welcome you into our practice. All forms are completed online so we spend maximum time with you in surgery. The forms are straightforward but we are happy to help anyone complete their forms over the phone if needed.
To secure your first appointment, the new patient consultation charge is paid in advance for all patients. We currently only accept payment over the phone.
Booking an appointment
All dental appointments can only be made by calling us.
We try to complete all paperwork online before we see you or the day before your appointment.
If you are a nervous patient, please tell us before your appointment so we can allocate the appropriate time with you.
On Arrival at the practice
We may first check your temperature
Ask you to sanitize your hands
At the first consultation we talk about your concerns
Before we take a look at your teeth
Once we have decided together on a plan tailored for you
The dentist will take you out to reception to book your next appointment
One of our staff will warmly greet you
Apply hand sanitizer to the children
Wait in our reception
First time visit (is not always in the dental chair if they are nervous)
Safety glasses are given to all our patients including children in the dental chair
Before looking at your teeth
If you bring a friend, we can also check their teeth
And if you do well there is always the reward of a sticker at the end
We give out brushing charts at the end of a visit
As well as goodie bags for new children to encourage them to keep brushing twice a day and learn more about their teeth
