Dr Camilla George
Practice Owner and Dentist with a special interest in Periodontics
I have been a general dentist for over 22 years. With a special interest in Periodontics, our team encourages patients to improve their oral health, keeping your teeth for longer. Treating gum disease does improve your general health. Your mouth is the gateway to the rest of your body and if you wish to know your susceptibility to periodontal disease, we also undertake Vitamin D, HbA1c and saliva testing. The results from these tests can help us identify oral health issues and rebalance your oral microbiome.
The Diploma in Periodontics (that I am completing in Harley Street, London) enables me to manage and treat advanced periodontal disease (from gum recession to crown lengthening and peri-implantitis).
When I’m not “drilling ’n filling” and running a dental practice, I love to paint landscape scenes (using oil). I’ve experimented paint pouring in acrylics and have been fortunate enough to exhibit my abstract work at Langford Arts Festival and in Bampton Gallery. Some of my art is on display in our waiting area. Like Gabriella, I also crochet, so do look out for our “arts n craft” window displays throughout the year.

Gabriella Richens
Lead Dental Nurse & Oral Health Educator
I qualified as a dental nurse in March 2024. My favourite part of my job is getting to meet new people and help them with their patient journey. I’m currently doing an oral health education course so I can help more patients love their smile. The environment Camilla has created at the practice is one of a kind, it’s never a dull moment and my day is full of smiles and joy. We try to brighten up our patients’ day by making it a positive atmosphere for everyone.
In my spare time I am a busy wife and proud mother of 2 girls and 2 dogs. I enjoy my hobbies including baking and crocheting. As a family we spend lots of time outdoors camping and going to local vintage rally’s with our vintage tractors.

Akane Mason
Trainee Dental Nurse and Receptionist
Hi, My name is Akane, you will find me at either the front desk or assisting in the surgery as a trainee dental nurse. I’m currently working towards becoming certified, as I love seeing the positive impact great dental care has on our patients.
At home, I’m a busy wife and mum to 2 daughters and 2 senior sausage dogs. Since English isn’t my first language, my husband and eldest daughter are always helping me improve. My youngest starts school soon and I’m sure she will be the next one correcting my pronunciations!
In my free time, I love travelling, going on road trips, learning about history and cultures, and, of course, spending time with my family.
I love being a part of team helping everyone to leave with a smile.
